A collaboration between GetCannaCard and CaliSober Recovery focused on empowering patients through holistic care, harm-reduction practices, and meaningful peer support.

Not Just a Card.
A Community for Recovery.

At GetCannaCard, we see medical cannabis as more than a prescription — it’s a meaningful part of a person’s path to holistic well-being. That belief is why we’ve teamed up with CaliSober Recovery, a peer-driven support community grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and harm-reduction values. Their purpose is to stand beside individuals at every stage of recovery — including those who incorporate cannabis — offering understanding, resources, and a strong sense of community.

Meet the Person Behind CaliSober Recovery

Quinn Lapeyre

Quinn Lapeyre is the founder and CEO of CaliSober Recovery — a peer-based, trauma-informed recovery organization rooted in compassion, inclusion, and harm reduction.

Born in Carcassonne, France, Quinn moved to Utah with his mother after his parents divorced. From an early age, he faced deep emotional challenges, including sexual trauma, bullying, and a sense of alienation. Over time, substances became a way to numb and escape pain. After an opioid prescription following surgery, Quinn developed dependency that lasted for 18 years.

Eventually, reaching a breaking point, he sought help and began a profound process of healing — one that emphasized connection, self-awareness, and holistic recovery over simple abstinence.

Quinn believes recovery isn’t “one-size-fits-all.” His approach embraces individualized healing paths, inclusive of medical cannabis and other harm reduction models. Through CaliSober, he integrates neuroscience-informed practices, trauma awareness, and peer support to create safe, stigma-free spaces for people to heal at their own pace.

For Quinn, recovery is not about perfection or punishment — it’s about connection, accountability, and empowerment through shared experience.

Quinn holds multiple professional certifications that reflect his dedication to safe, inclusive, and informed peer support.

Quinn sees CaliSober not just as a recovery program, but as a movement — one that redefines healing beyond sobriety. His mission is to help individuals rewrite their stories, reconnect with their authentic selves, and transform their pain into purpose.

He envisions expanding CaliSober into holistic healing centers and guided retreats, offering people a deeper, more sustainable path toward recovery and self-empowerment.
